White House Sparks Outrage With ‘Superman Trump’ Image—Internet Demands Answers

White House Sparks Uproar with “Superman Trump” Meme A controversial image posted by the official White House account has gone viral, showing President Donald Trump portrayed as Superman. The meme, meant to coincide with the July 11 release of the new Superman movie, includes Trump’s face edited onto the superhero’s body with the caption:

“THE SYMBOL OF HOPE. TRUTH. JUSTICE. THE AMERICAN WAY. SUPERMAN TRUMP.” The reaction was swift. Critics from both media and politics ridiculed the post. Democratic Representative Robert Garcia commented, “He’s literally Lex Luthor.

Political analyst Mehdi Hasan added that if the Biden administration had done the same, the backlash would have been far worse, accusing Trump’s team of normalizing “craziness.” Social media users also chimed in. Some mocked the image, calling it absurd and comparing the situation to the satirical movie Idiocracy.

One commenter noted, “Superman was an immigrant and a symbol of truth—Trump is the complete opposite.”

However, Trump supporters praised the post, calling him bold, resilient, and “the most investigated man in history who still hasn’t been taken down.” They argued he’s a fighter for truth and justice—just like Superman.

In just 18 hours, the post had over 18.8 million views, sparking intense debate and showing just how polarized the country remains over Trump’s image and legacy. As the internet continues to buzz, many are asking: What’s next from the White House’s social media team?
