Mississippi, and other regions, expecting 4 to 6 inches of snow and ice. Wind chills in West Virginia may reach -15°F, with gusts up to 50 mph. Travel is dangerous, especially on bridges and overpasses, and residents are advised to delay trips if possible, pack emergency kits, and stay updated on conditions.
