‘Squad’ Member Tlaib Busted Over Huge Personal Expense

Left-wing “Squad” member Rep. Rashida Tlaib’s campaign spent more than $35,000 on luxury limousine services over the past year, according to new filings with the Federal Election Commission.

Reports reviewed by Fox News Digital show that Tlaib’s campaign paid approximately $36,717 to Aline Luxury Limo Services, a company based in the Detroit suburbs, between October 2024 and September 2025. The expenditures were categorized in her filings as “travel” and “transportation” expenses, Fox News reported.

Dozens of payments were made during that period, ranging from as little as $118 to as much as $1,326, with several payments recorded in the $600 and $700 range.

Fox News Digital reached out to Tlaib’s campaign for clarification regarding the purpose of the expenses, but no immediate response was provided.

Little is publicly known about Aline Luxury Limo Services, which lists its business address in the Detroit metropolitan area. However, a now-defunct website for another company — DTW Chauffeured Rides — once operated at the same address. According to an archived version of that website available through the Wayback Machine, the company described itself as a “limousine service company providing luxury transportation for more than a decade.”

The archived site also said the company offered “a range of vehicles, from classic limousines to modern sedans and SUVs,” and stated that it was “committed to providing an upscale experience at an affordable price.”

Tlaib, a Democrat representing Michigan’s 12th Congressional District, is widely known as one of the most outspoken progressive voices in Congress. She is also the first Palestinian-born woman ever elected to the U.S. House of Representatives.

Throughout her career, Tlaib has been an outspoken critic of wealth inequality, corporate excess, and the lifestyles of America’s richest executives. She has regularly called for higher taxes on the wealthy and sweeping reforms aimed at redistributing income and curbing what she has described as “corporate greed.”

In September, Tlaib joined Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., in reintroducing the “Tax Excessive CEO Pay Act,” legislation that would impose higher taxes on corporations whose chief executives make vastly more than their employees.

In a joint statement announcing the proposal, Tlaib and Sanders said the bill would “take on corporate greed and rein in the obscene salaries of America’s top executives.”

Tlaib said at the time that “working people are sick and tired of corporate greed,” adding, “It’s disgraceful that corporations continue to rake in record profits by exploiting the labor of their workers. I’m proud to reintroduce the Tax Excessive CEO Pay Act with Senator Bernie Sanders to address the massive income and wealth inequality in our nation. It’s time to make the rich pay their fair share.”

Tlaib has also been sharply critical of major federal budgets she believes prioritize the wealthy and defense contractors over working families. During the passage of one budget supported by President Donald Trump, she called it “an act of violence against our communities” at a time of “extreme income and wealth inequality.”

“At a time of extreme income and wealth inequality, while 60 percent of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck, this budget is absolutely devastating for the working families we represent,” Tlaib said in a statement.

“Republicans are literally taking food out of the mouths of hungry kids by cutting billions of dollars in nutrition assistance,” she wrote. “And the same lawmakers who claim that we don’t have the money to feed hungry children or make sure people in our communities have the health care they need have no problem voting to send an additional $150 billion to weapons manufacturers and endless war.”
