A man from Loxahatchee, Florida, was arrested after allegedly making alarming threats during a 911 call, including claims involving mass violence and explosive devices. Authorities say the call was made on February 26 and contained multiple threatening statements.

According to law enforcement, the caller identified himself as “Justin Blaze” and claimed to have access to missile silos, threatening to use them against major locations. He also made personal threats and indicated a desire to cause large-scale destruction. Police noted the individual appeared fixated on specific targets and made references to historical grievances and violent intentions.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office (PBSO) filed a probable cause affidavit, detailing the disturbing nature of the call. Among the statements reportedly made, the caller said he wanted transportation to commit acts of violence and claimed to be preparing to launch missiles. Additional threats included setting homes on fire and making declarations such as, “I’m a mass murderer, come and get me.”

Law enforcement responded swiftly to the threat and arrested the suspect, later identified as Justin Blaxton. He now faces several serious charges, including threatening to use a destructive device, making a false report of a bomb or explosion, and placing a false 911 call. His bond has been set at $35,000.

Court records show Blaxton made his first court appearance on Wednesday. In addition, PBSO filed a Petition for Temporary Ex Parte Risk Protection Order against him, which was approved shortly after. This legal action temporarily restricts access to firearms and other potential means of harm for individuals considered to be a risk to themselves or others.

The affidavit also notes Blaxton’s documented history of mental illness. Experts who reviewed the case believe his actions likely stemmed from untreated or unmanaged mental health conditions. One former law enforcement official emphasized the need for careful mental health assessment in such situations, describing the threats as potentially rooted in psychological instability rather than actionable intent.
