Former Obama administration officials implicated in fresh disclosures about the genesis of the Trump-Russia inquiry have remained silent despite charges that they “manufactured” intelligence that led to the probe’s inception years ago.

Tulsi Gabbard, the Director of National Intelligence, declassified documents on Friday that revealed “overwhelming evidence” of how, after President Donald Trump won the 2016 election over Hillary Clinton, then-President Barack Obama and his national security team laid the groundwork for the years-long Trump-Russia collusion investigation.

Gabbard said that the records proved that Obama administration officials “manufactured and politicized intelligence” to construct the story that Russia was seeking to influence the 2016 presidential election, despite intelligence community findings to the contrary.

The new documents name former President Barack Obama, top National Security Council officials, then-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, then-CIA Director John Brennan, then-National Security Advisor Susan Rice, then-Secretary of State John Kerry, then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch, and then-Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, among others.

Gabbard issued a criminal referral to the Justice Department on Monday in connection with those findings. DOJ authorities did not provide any more information on who the criminal referral was for.

Gabbard told Fox News Digital that this “is not a partisan issue,” but one that “concerns every American.”

“The information we are releasing today clearly shows there was a treasonous conspiracy in 2016 committed by officials at the highest level of our government,” Gabbard told Fox News Digital. “Their goal was to subvert the will of the American people and enact what was essentially a years-long coup with the objective of trying to usurp the President from fulfilling the mandate bestowed upon him by the American people.”

Gabbard said the “egregious abuse of power and blatant rejection of our Constitution” by Obama-era officials “threatens the very foundation and integrity of our democratic republic.”

“No matter how powerful, every person involved in this conspiracy must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, to ensure nothing like this ever happens again,” Gabbard said. “The American people’s faith and trust in our democratic republic, and therefore the future of our nation, depends on it.”

Gabbard added: “As such, I am providing all documents to the Department of Justice to deliver the accountability that President Trump, his family, and the American people deserve.”

General Michael Flynn is calling for a raid on the Washington, D.C., mansion of Obama.

“Just as was done to President Trump when they raided his home at Mar-A-Lago because they thought that there was … and they planted evidence there in that case, but I do think that what the DOJ should be considering if not getting ready to conduct is a raid of Barack Obama’s home up there at Kalorama in Washington DC,” he said to podcast host Benny Johnson.

The general proceeded to accuse the former president of managing former President Joe Biden’s White House from his home in D.C.

“Those are, you know, things that need to be considered right now,” the general said. “I was ready to wake up this morning to hear about some of these raids that should have been going on.

“There should, at a minimum, be a task force assembled of federal law enforcement authorities as well as an assigned, dedicated prosecutor at the DOJ level, at the attorney general level/. Someone who is working directly for her and for the President of the United States. This has got to happen very quickly,” he said.

On “Sunday Morning Futures,” Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) detailed what crime might have been done in reaction to what Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has described as a “treasonous conspiracy” by high-level officials to sabotage Trump’s first term.

“There needs to be criminal prosecution and arrests. Lying under oath, putting out a false intelligence report — that’s a violation of 18 U.S. Code 1001,” Luna told Fox News host Maria Bartiromo.

“There needs to be arrests. This is not partisan. This is simply illegal, what they did, and we’re simply upholding the law,” Luna said.
