How to get rid of rats and cockroaches with rice: An effective and natural home remedy

Getting rid of rats and cockroaches naturally is possible using simple ingredients commonly found at home.

One of the most effective remedies is plain rice. When used correctly, it becomes a powerful and inexpensive solution for pest control.

For cockroaches, mix cooked rice with a bit of boric acid and sugar. The sugar attracts them, while the boric acid eliminates them. Place small amounts in corners and near sinks.

To deter rats, uncooked rice can be mixed with powdered plaster. When rats consume it, the mixture hardens in their stomachs, making it a lethal but natural method.

Another option is mixing rice with baking soda and sugar. This works similarly, causing gas buildup in rats’ stomachs.

These methods are not only effective but also avoid the use of harmful chemicals that may affect children or pets.

Ensure the mixtures are placed in areas where pests are active but out of reach of small children.

Using rice-based remedies offers a natural, affordable, and eco-friendly way to keep your home pest-free.
